Stalking the shadows amidst the giant corpses and towering bones is a devious canine created by the god of Undeath, Viscerath. The Corpse Collie was created to patrol the Umbra Graveyard and ensure it stays as full of death as possible. That is why the Collie actively hunts creatures such as Megalo-Maggots, who break down the carrion of the graveyard. Being undead means not only does this canine not need to eat or sleep, it never gets tired. Meaning they can be constantly on the search for new victims. However, Viscerath does regularly have to make new Corpse Collies as their undead nature and constant movement eventually breaks down their rotting forms. The first thing you would notice about the Collie is its sharp fangs and snarling growl but that is not the most dangerous thing about it. The pads of its feet are actually imbued with necrotic magic that makes whatever they touch begin to rot. So a Corpse Collie could kill you simply by standing on you, as you feel your body begin to rot under its weight.
