Flute Fronds are tall, slender plants that end in a hollow, cylindrical bud covered in small holes. Native to the Musical Wilds, these semi-aquatic plants grow in large numbers along the muddy shores of lakes and rivers.

What makes Flute Fronds extraordinary is their natural ability to produce sound. When a strong wind blows through their hollow buds, they emit tones that resemble a flute being played. Because they often grow in dense clusters, passing by a grove of Flute Fronds can sound like a symphony of pipe instruments drifting on the breeze.

These plants are highly prized by bards, who craft specialized flutes from the hollow buds. Since no two Flute Fronds share the exact same size or arrangement of holes, each flute created from them possesses a distinct musical tone and rhythm, making every instrument truly one of a kind.

This plant is called a Flute Fronds and lives mostly within the Musical Wilds.
