Filling up the skies above the Glittering Glades by the hundreds are semi-transparent floating creatures known as Wisperts. These gelatinous semi-sentient creatures feed off of the intense sunlight present in this grassland. In fact the intense sunlight present here would be unbearably intense if not for the presence of these gentle floaters. It is said the Wisperts come directly from the celestial plane which would account for their need for intense sunlight. Their celestial origins is also the reason that when touched it is reported one feels a sense of calmness wash over them. The calming effect they give is magical in nature but the adorable “piu” sounds they make add a little extra charm to them. Their large numbers are about their only natural defense in this grassland as they are easily preyed upon by avian predators. As well as poachers hoping to capture them for their calming magic, which can be converted into a potion and sold to the right buyer. Meaning their best course of action is to group up in large numbers so as not to be singled out. Despite being celestials, many researchers note that they superficially resemble the mischievous Tatoe Tot feys.
