The Tilly-Bill is a four legged, small mammal that is often found employed on underground mushroom farms. Their small size allows them to easily squeeze through tight passageways and burrows. While their shovel shaped bills come quite handy for plowing farmers fields. In these low light environments it might be hard for typical creatures to see where they need to be plowing the fields in the first place. Luckily, for the Tilly-Bill their bill contains sensory receptors that allow them to sense electromagnetic fields. In this world of almost complete darkness this sensory method has replaced their traditional vision. Farmers utilize this sense by placing mildly electrified wires above the fields where they need to be tilled, so the Tilly-Bills will know exactly where they need to dig. Farmers using this method also have the Tilly-Bills plant the seeds for them. As the large fluffy tail of Tilly-bills are statically charged, allowing the tails to store seeds. Then when the creatures wish to get rid of said stored seeds they simply shake their tails, allowing the seeds to fall into the freshly tilled fields. The usefulness of these creatures rarely goes unappreciated by farmers. This is why many Tilly-Bills are gifted articles of clothing with bioluminescent properties. That way farmers can be sure to always keep an eye on their beloved helpers.
This CR1/8 creature is called a Tilly-Bill and is a Beast that lives mostly within the Underground.
