While traversing the freezing snowcap peaks of the Tormek Mountains you might encounter what at first appears to be a group of small humanoids wearing a furry coat. As you get closer you see they are not humanoids after all but some kind of primate with matted white fur, and light blue bellies. These creatures are known as Meti’s and are quite common in these high altitudes. While not very dangerous they know how to utilize their loud yells and acoustics of the mountains to scare off predators. If that doesn't work they attempt to make themselves look more intimidating, by raising up their arms to appear larger. Unfortunately for the Meti this intimidation tactic can often look more cute than scary. Luckily for the Meti their social tendencies mean not only can they take turns looking out for predators but can also take shifts gathering food and looking after young. Looking after their young is aided by the pouches on their stomachs, which act as the babies home for the first year of life. This pouch not only keeps them insulated from the cold but helps the parents keep an eye on them. The babies will even try to help in the parents intimidation tactic, by also raising up their tiny arms out of the parents pouch. However, this just adds even more of the cuteness factor to these furry survivors.

This CR1/8 Creature is called a Meti and is a Beast that lives mostly within the Mountains.
