Hushkys are canine-like constructs native to the Musical Wilds. Most of their bodies are constructed of brass except for their limbs, which are made of wood similar to that of violins and cellos. The specialized materials of their bodies gives them the unique ability of sound absorption and manipulation. This can come quite in handy in the Musical Wilds where many native creatures here have sound based attacks or abilities. This has led residents of the Musical Wilds to employ these Hushkys as guard dogs. Their abilities allow them to either alert their owners with a loud call or howl a cone of silence upon dangerous beasts. That is not their only purpose as one could guess these creatures are favorites of bards. Who sometimes journey to the Musical Wilds in an attempt to tame a Hushky. No one could blame them, as it would be hard to find a better muse for the bard's aspiring performances than a creature made of brass and songs.
