The GeoBandits are quick, agile mammals native to the Crystal Caves. Covered in thick soft fur with a color pattern on their faces resembling a mask around their eyes. These eye masks as well as the stripes of their tails are hardened onyx gemstones. While the eye masks help protect their eyes during a fight, the stripes of their tails are utilized more for offense. The stripes are able to form black needle like shards that can be launched at enemies when threatened. The fur of GeoBandits became hardened in this way thanks to their primary food source being the gemstones found throughout the crystal caverns. They manage to eat these tough gems thanks to their incredibly durable and strong fangs. Once their fangs have crunched the gems into fine powder they can easily be swallowed. Therefore allowing the GeoBandits to absorb the minerals contained within, to strengthen their fur, fangs and claws. Instead of harvesting these gems themselves, they use their natural agility to sneak up and snatch up gemstones already harvested by other creatures. Before quickly running away on their hind legs in a cute wobbly motion.They are rather friendly towards humanoids if you feed them and will sometimes return to a person who fed them a gem they wanted hoping for more. Typically dwelling in packs ranging from a family of 5 to a whole hoard of 20 working together for a common goal. These hoards sometimes cause problems to nearby mining towns. As they will organize raids, plundering the town of many of their precious gems and jewelry.
