Green, blue, red, and purple are the most familiar shades seen among households of Crius. Far rarer are the silver and gold-coated specimens, whose fur gleams in sunlight and moonlight alike. Such individuals are often considered blessings of fortune, though Saymoran scholars insist they are simply uncommon natural variations. Among the many beasts of Crius, few inspire as much affection as the Cuddle Bundle. Legends say they first approached villages within the Sod Grove during a bitter winter, slipping into homes uninvited only to curl beside sleeping children and elders.
