Allovors are small, ironclad insectoids roughly the size of an apple. Their bodies taper toward the front and swell at the rear, forming a shape like a droplet of water laid on its side. The silhouette is low and compact, built close to the ground. From a distance they resemble dark stones scattered across the crater floor, until one shifts and the illusion breaks. Their exoskeleton appears to be composed of meteoric iron, layered in overlapping plates like a suit of forged armor. The surface is dull but flecked with faint metallic sheen, especially along the ridges. A jagged frontal horn juts forward, shaped like a curved metal spike. The face carries three narrow slit eyes. Two rest horizontally on either side of the head, while a third sits in the center, aligned vertically. Beneath them lies a tick-like mouth equipped with palps and a toothed hypostome. This organ can anchor into surfaces and living tissue alike, allowing the creature to bore and extract metal-rich matter with unsettling precision.
